Koren, T. and Rosenwinkel, E. Spinal Patterns as Predictors of Personality Profiles: A Pilot Study. International Journal of Psychosomatics, 1992, V. 39 (1-4), pp. 10-17.

This is a seminal paper that deals with the relationship between posture and personality, using full spine radiographs to determine spinal posture and the MMPI to determine personality characteristics. Both findings were correlated and the results have been discussed.

Koren, T. Chiropractic. Science and Medicine,September/October 1999 Vol. 6 No 5. This is the first paper on chiropractic to appear in a major medical journal. Science and Medicine editor John Young, MD, Ph.D. Adjunct Professor, Laboratory of Cellular Physiology and Immunology, The Rockefeller University, New York states: “Dr. Koren’s paper is probably the single most intelligible article on chiropractic that I have found to date…it gives a flair of legitimacy that will make physicians ponder why they have not come across this topic earlier.”
