Dear Bob,
I’m glad you understand that if a physical pattern doesn’t release then there’s probably an emotional issue underlying it. Stress due to emotional issues can remain in the body even after the person has “dealt with it” and has moved on. If you get a “yes” or positive OD on the abortions as causing your wife to re-subluxate find out what emotion is dominant – anger, fear, dread, grief (mourning), disgust etc.
By the way, Scott Walker from NET has a wonderful way of asking questions re emotional issues to find the “hot” issue.
Have your wife think about the emotion related to the abortions. Not merely “think” about it – but be there emotionally, tery to relive the experience. Then adjust her for what comes up. Ask if there are other emotional issues, perhaps from earlier. Also, go to the forum at http://www.teddkorenseminars.com and ask other KST doctors what they think – its a great resource. Tedd

KST is awesome but I do have a question. My wife has infertility problems. When checking her I get the same pattern over and over. So why isn’t it stabilizing I ask. I get this answer, “It is emotional and centered around her 2 abortions she had 20 years ago. But when I asked her about this she calmly states that she has no pent up emotions regarding the abortions. Any suggestions?

It was late June of 2009. We stood outside of Temple Sinai in Dresher, PA, waiting for the camp transportation bus. Our remarkably tall, unbelievably intelligent, very well-adjusted(!) son, Jacob, was about to embark on the beginning of his first day of summer camp at Ramah in the Poconos. This was the start of his 5th year. We were surrounded by other intelligent families. Professional, well educated parents. Eager to love ‘em and leave ‘em for camp, making certain all their medicines were in place, instructions, proper signatures affixed, allergies ID’d; essentially a vast lagoon of medically perfected children, off to a careless summer at camp. Word came around before the bus arrived, that ALL campers were to have their temperature checked BEFORE getting on the bus to avoid allowing ANY child with a FEVER of 99 or more to even board the bus. After all, apparently the Primary Symptom of Swine Flu (H1B2C3G8M98 – ow you sunk my battleship) is a FEVER. Several sobbing children were denied access, much to the protests of their diligent parents who insisted the temp was read incorrectly. I just stood there and irritated everyone by laughing out loud, and asking if they were about to do live blood cultures on site as well. I even asked about Pap smears to one mother (who I knew wouldnt be toooo offended)
Long story short, a week and a half later, we received a late night call from camp to come take Jake home, as he had a fever for 12 hours of 100.3 and a headache and was lethargic. “Did I wish him to receive a TAMIFLU shot just in case??? (HELL, NO!!) Other parents of the 600 or so campers (50 had already been sent home earlier in the week) were agreeing to the shot – JUST IN CASE!! (HELL NO!!) The CDC had created a camp rule that any child with an elevated fever, and one or more of no less than 30 concomittant symptoms was to be isolated from the rest of the community for minimum of 7 days with no fever for 24 hours. This was labelled and classified as an “Influenza-Like-Illness” or ILI for short (..or it could be Swine Flu and your child is evil spawn of the devil). Although I bantered statistics back and forth on the phone with camp administration and medical staff, I arrived at camp to pick up my 6′0 tall bundle, who told me he was happy to get away from all the insanity, adjusted him before getting in the car. He slept the 3 1/2 hours home in the car, had no fever when he woke, and it never showed up again. One week later – back he went to the cauldron of disease and filth in the Poconos. BTW, his letters state he is having a great time at camp.
